What is an “AI update”?
Each time you send text or a dictation to be interpreted. One sentence can change several cards: it still counts as a single update, even if you then discard the proposal.
Does dictation cost extra?
No, it’s included in every plan and in the trial. It counts as part of the update you send.
Where does my data go?
The database runs on the data controller’s servers; AI requests go through OpenRouter to zero-retention providers only: the provider neither keeps your data nor uses it to train models. Audio is never stored.
How does the trial work?
14 days of the Pro plan, no credit card, with dictation and preview included. At the end you choose a plan, or your boards become read-only.
What happens if I stop paying?
The team is frozen: boards stay viewable and exportable, but can’t be edited. We never delete anything for non-payment: reactivate a plan and pick up where you left off.
Which languages does it work in?
The interface is in Italian and English; boards, dictation and AI work in Italian, English, German, French, Spanish, Russian and Polish.
